As a co-op student, I know how stressful job hunting can be.

With 5–6 internships required before I graduate, I’ve been on the hunt almost every term.

I tried everything to stay organized, Excel sheets, Notion templates, Google Docs. But it always got messy. Keeping track of where I applied, who I reached out to, and what I wanted to ask during coffee chats took more time than the job search itself.

Manually updating every single application was what frustrated me most. When you’re sending out hundreds each term, it’s just exhausting.

So I built what I wish I had — Caramel.

A simple workspace that keeps everything in one place and takes care of the tracking for you.

As a co-op student, I know firsthand how chaotic and stressful the job

hunt can be. With the expectation of landing 5–6 internships before I

graduate as part of my degree, I found myself being on the job hunt every term.

I’ve tried everything to stay organized. Excel sheets, Notion templates, even Google Docs to keep track of where I’m applying, who I’m reaching out to, who I want to have a coffee chat with and what I want to ask them.

If you have ever been on the job hunt you know how messy it can get and how much time gets wasted just trying to manage it all. What frustrated me most was manually tracking every single job application. When you're sending out hundreds per term, it becomes repetitive, exhausting and inefficient.

So I built something I wish I had — Caramel. It’s a job-hunting workspace with automatic application tracking and all the tools I need in one place.
